Christ Fellowship of Kansas City is a church consisting of multiple home congregations, each led by a biblically qualified elder. These elders, as a group, are responsible for the oversight of the church as a whole. This plan for appointing and removing elders, though written with our church structure in mind, could be easily adapted for use in any local church.
